A Helper's Workshop:
Caring for Children
Caring for children can be rewarding, but managing tantrums, big emotions, and challenging behaviours can sometimes be difficult. This interactive workshop will help helpers better understand children's needs, build stronger relationships, and create a more positive home environment.
Through practical examples and hands-on learning, this workshop will equip helpers with the knowledge and skills to create a more positive and supportive environment for children. Helpers will also learn how to strengthen their connection with children, communicate more effectively, and respond constructively to everyday situations.
Date: 20 October 2026
Time: 9:30-12:30
Location: OT&P MindWorX Mental Health Clinic
